This is the tour for anyone interested in learning more about the  exotic fruits, unusual vegetables and exotic dried ingredients found in many Asian markets. Explore various Chinese delis, fish markets, and even select your own live poultry! We will explain what the ingredients are, and how they are used in various recipes, then get a chance to try them in different preparations.
